General questions
What services does GridaNeo Bharat offer?
EV battery service and EV charger repair are available now, along with annual maintenance plans for e-rickshaws and electric scooters. We also sell lithium inverter batteries and EV chargers. General EV vehicle repair is coming soon.
Which cities do you serve?
We currently serve Delhi NCR, Faridabad and Lucknow, with offices in Noida (Sector 64) and Lucknow (Gomti Nagar). More cities are coming soon.
Which EVs and batteries do you work on?
Lithium-ion EV batteries (NMC, LFP and LiPo) with hardware or software BMS, and their chargers - used in electric two-wheelers, e-rickshaws and AGVs.
How do I book a service?
Use the online booking form: choose EV Battery or Charger, enter your contact details and address, then describe the problem. You can follow the job from your dashboard after booking.
How will I know the cost of a repair?
Pricing depends on the diagnosis. Any additional parts or repairs are communicated before they are fitted, and you receive an itemised invoice that you can pay online.
Can I track my service?
Yes. Every booking shows its current stage - received, in maintenance, completed, payment and dispatch - in your GridaNeo Bharat dashboard.
Do you repair the whole electric vehicle?
Full vehicle-level EV repair is coming soon. Until then we service the battery and charger, which are the most common causes of EV breakdowns.

How do I know what my battery repair will cost?
The cost depends on the diagnosis. Any additional parts or repairs are communicated to you before installation, and you receive an itemised invoice that you can pay online.
Can I track my battery service?
Yes. After booking you can follow each stage - received, in maintenance, completed, payment and dispatch - from your GridaNeo Bharat dashboard.
My battery is swollen or has smoked. What should I do?
Stop charging and using it, keep it away from flammable material, and book an inspection. Do not try to open a lithium battery pack yourself.
EV Charger Service questions
Is my battery or my charger the problem?
Both can cause slow or failed charging. If you are unsure, mention it when booking - the battery booking form also asks about charger issues so both can be checked.
Do you repair non-original chargers?
Yes, we inspect original and replacement chargers. We also check that the charger output matches your battery's rated voltage and current.
Where is EV charger repair available?
EV charger service is currently available for customers in Delhi NCR, Faridabad and Lucknow. More cities are coming soon.
Do you install home EV charging stations?
Not at the moment. This service covers repair and testing of EV chargers. We will announce new charging services on this page.
